LDC Watch statement delivered at the Asia-Pacific Youth Forum “Adaptation in the Mountains: Issues and Gaps beyond Boundaries” organised by the International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development (ICIMOD) in Kathmandu on 22 September 2014.
We have focused on the specific concerns of mountain LDCs as well as highlighted our political positions with regard to emission cuts, finance and technology transfer by developed countries based on “historical responsibility” and “common but differentiated responsibilities and respective capabilities” !
